Some of the areas that I have focused my education and practice on are: Myofacial Therapy and Stretching, Sports and Injury Repair, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release, Pregnancy and Stress Relief Massage. I also use essential oils and energy work to enhance the bodies healing process. It is my desire to help in the healing process of all those with whom I come in contact. Andrea Smith

Doing what I love for 12 years has been one of the most rewarding jobs I have found.
I was introduced to Massage Therapy as a sophomore in High School and knew that the healing world is where I was supposed to be. My schooling was completed at Utah College of Massage Therapy, advancing in many courses and still learning today.
I enjoy that my clientele is growing. It is very fulfilling to see clients heal physically, emotionally and spiritually during their sessions. Full body massages with detailed bodywork is what I specialize in. My philosophy is to blend techniques to fit the clients needs for that session so the body can heal itself in the areas that are affected by stress.
